Job Description

Account Manager

Vendelux

• Own and grow a portfolio of event organizer partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser • Lead partner onboarding end-to-end, including pre-call research, live sessions, and follow-up education • Manage the flow of data between organizers and internal teams, including attendee lists, segmentation files, and sponsor deliverables • Prepare and deliver audience insight reports to organizers, including attendee demographics, seniority, and intent signals • Identify and drive expansion opportunities across additional events, renewals, webinars, and media partnerships • Collaborate with Sales to support upsell initiatives and deepen partnerships through sponsor and paid program alignment • Occasionally represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetings

Job Requirements

  • 4-8+ years of experience in Account Management at B2B SaaS or growth-stage startups
  • Proven track record managing and growing a book of business, including renewals, expansions, and executive relationships
  • Commercially sharp, with experience identifying upsell opportunities and translating them into revenue
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously
  • Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and can navigate challenging conversations
  • Self-starter mentality - comfortable owning your process in an environment where not everything is defined
  • Familiarity with the events marketing landscape through experience or demonstrated understanding.
