Job Description

Technology Change Enablement Partner

Ryder System, Inc.

• Own and lead end-to-end change management strategy for major programs • Advise program and business leaders on change risks, readiness, and adoption strategies • Design integrated communication, engagement, training, and reinforcement approaches • Coach project teams and leaders in applying Ryder’s change methodology • Assess organizational change saturation and recommend sequencing or mitigation actions • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to drive sustained outcomes • Contribute thought leadership to the evolution of Ryder’s change practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, HR, organizational development, or related field
  • 7 years or more in change management, internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint Expert
  • Knowledge of Snag It, Canva, and Kahoot! Intermediate
  • Workday & ServiceNow familiarity a plus Intermediate
