The Workday Analyst II will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing complex Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) solutions. With limited supervision, this role leads and supports complex Workday processes by managing stakeholder needs, resolving daily configuration and process issues, and designing cohesive, cross-functional solutions. The analyst partners closely with HR and business stakeholders to evaluate new requirements, implement enhancements, and maintain accurate configurations. Location: REMOTE, Plymouth, MN What You Will Do: - Lead and support the PATT workstream, with a primary focus on the Absence workstream, demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve task and project objectives. - Research and resolve day to day Workday PATT process and configuration issues and design solutions that ensure all work streams are cohesive, and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated. - Work with HR and business stakeholders to support new requirements for PATT in Workday and create and update Workday configurations and enhancements based on requirement changes. - Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of new Unions and MORs within the PATT workspaces within Workday. - Provide post payroll support, general ledger posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday. - Manage, create and provide support for required PATT reporting, including support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday. - Identify strategies, risks and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements and perform ongoing audits to ensure data integrity and accurate configuration. - Support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods. - Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT). - Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications. - Manage Workday release enhancements to ensure technical and functional requirements are tested and adopted in a timely manner. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Requirements - 7+ years of experience of which a minimum of 5 years of Workday configuration experience in PATT functions - Strong US payroll process knowledge - Workday PATT experience, with a focus on Absence Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Project Management experience - Demonstrate knowledge of HR function & processes - Strong Canadian payroll process knowledge - Experience with configuring Union specifications within the PATT workstream - Experience with Payroll software such as ADP SmartCompliance, ADP eTime, Oracle Finance Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision coverage - PTO - 401K match - Support for community involvement - Much more Compensation The typical pay rate for the position ranges from $90,000.00 - $153,300 +10% annual bonus in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall. • Execute alert triage, correlation, and analysis across insider threat detection systems • Support investigations end to end, from initial triage and evidence collection through employee interviews • Partner with Security, Legal, HR, and business teams to design and execute processes that identify and mitigate insider risks • Build case documentation and investigative reports • Drive improvements to insider threat detection
