What You Get to Do:  - You will provide telephone advice according to established guidelines and protocols - You will assist external providers with care coordination tasks and facilitates communication with care team. - You will arrange for evaluation by a provider when indicated either by scheduling an appointment or telephone follow-up. - You will process medication refill requests that are past the 72-hour refill window as well as for patients who are present at the pharmacy, using the Medication Refill Guideline. - You will schedule patients for procedures and MA visits per guideline. - You will assist patients inquiring about generated imaging orders. - You will accurately document patient care in electronic health record. - You will manage patient tasks and patient/provider follow-up with assistance from team and according to MA guidelines. - You will secure appropriate interpreting services to handle communication with patients when necessary. - You get to serve your community – you are here for the patients, and they are very grateful. Compensation: All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.  Clinica will also pay any fees associated with receiving your Medical Assistant certification. Certified Medical Assistant: $22.66 - $28.70 per hour Uncertified/No Diploma Medical Assistant: $22.05 - $27.93 per hour What We Need for this Job: - Bilingual in English and Spanish. - Completion of a Medical Assistant training program with over 100 hours of hands-on externship experience. - Two (2+) years recent experience a Medical Assistant in lieu of school. - Ability to work from home. - You must reside within one hour commuting distance of: - Pecos Clinic - 1701 W. 72nd Ave, Denver, CO 80221 - Lafayette Clinic - 1735 St. Public Rd., Lafayette, CO 80226 - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with patients. Role Description The Breakdown Coordinator (2nd Shift) will be receiving inbound phone calls while being the liaison to coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance related issues between our drivers, vendors, and organizational stakeholders. The Breakdown Coordinator (2nd Shift) must be able to deliver outstanding customer service to ensure that our drivers receive the best experience as they engage with our team to address their maintenance needs.
