Editorial Strategy & Narrative Vision - Build and champion a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with corporate growth, major project milestones, and recruiting initiatives. - Design, manage, and executeadynamic editorial calendar that keeps our brand top-of-mind across all digital channels. - Partner with leadership, engineering, and data center operations teams to transform technical complexity into audience-friendly, compelling stories. - Launch and scale executive thought-leadership profiles and employee spotlight campaigns that boost recruiting and industry visibility. 2. Cinematic Storytelling & Video Production - Lead video initiatives from conceptual boarding and scriptwriting through filming, directing, editing, and final delivery. - Travel to ourstate-of-the-artcampuses, active construction sites, and corporate events to capture raw, authentic footage and photography. - Put subjects at ease, guiding comfortable, authentic, and insight-driven conversations on camera. - Produce high-retention short-form clips for social media alongside polished, long-form narratives for brand campaigns and internal culture. - Keep our digital asset libraries, b-roll footage, and creative resources meticulously organized. 3. Brand Advocacy & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Ensure absolute consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across every piece of media produced. - Work side-by-side with Marketing Managers, recruiting teams, safety coordinators, and external agency partners to ensure storytelling supports overarching business goals. - Don'tjust post and forge-track engagement trends and content performance metrics to constantly sharpen our creative strategy.
