Role Description Modernize, a QuinStreet company, is hiring a Director of Product and Content Marketing to lead our B2B product marketing and content strategy across a multi-product portfolio in the home services vertical. This is a senior leadership role responsible for owning how Modernize positions, messages, and goes to market with its products, while driving the content engine that supports demand generation, sales enablement, and brand authority. - You own the narrative. - You lead a team. - You work at the intersection of strategy and execution. - You have cross-functional reach. - You see the impact of your work. Responsibilities - Own the product marketing strategy across Modernize’s multi-product B2B portfolio. - Develop and maintain audience personas, competitive intelligence, and market insights. - Partner with Product to shape the product roadmap narrative. - Build and maintain sales enablement materials. - Ensure brand and product positioning is accurate and consistent. - Own the B2B content strategy end to end. - Lead the creation of high-quality content across various formats. - Manage and develop a small team of content and product marketers. - Build and manage the operational infrastructure for a high-volume content function. - Establish and enforce content standards. - Serve as the primary content marketing partner to Sales leadership. - Collaborate with the B2B Marketing team. - Present strategy, performance, and recommendations to senior leadership. - Identify and flag risks, resource constraints, and prioritization trade-offs. Requirements - 8+ years of B2B product marketing and/or content marketing experience. - At least 2 years in a people management role. - Demonstrated experience in the home improvement or home services industry. - Proven track record of building and scaling a content and product marketing function. - Strong portfolio of go-to-market work. - Experience marketing a multi-product B2B portfolio. - Excellent written communication skills. - Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment. - Experience working within a publicly traded company. Benefits - Expected salary range: $130,000 to $150,000 annually. - Performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. - Participation in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs.
