• Work on the conception and development of B2B software products aimed at the enterprise market. • Identify opportunities and translate needs into valuable products. • Conduct research with users and stakeholders. • Understand business processes and B2B market needs. • Design user flows, screens and product experiences. • Build prototypes and proofs of concept. • Use Artificial Intelligence to create agents, flows and automations. • Collaborate with technology, design and business teams. • Prioritize initiatives and support product evolution. • Contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that integrate Nasajon's product portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience as a Product Owner for B2B software products.
- Experience with enterprise systems, ERPs or complex platforms.
- Practical knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence, including agents and automation flows.
- Ability to design experiences, screens and user journeys.
- Experience in user research and requirements gathering.
- Integrated vision across business, technology and user experience.
- Basic programming knowledge to interact with development environments and AI tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences.
