• Perform ERP system implementations. • Participate in system implementations and deployment of new functionalities. • Monitor configuration/parameterization according to the provided specifications, training and guiding users in system usage. • Provide client support and training; conduct meetings with clients and internal teams. • Knowledge of accounting. • Be confident, possess negotiation skills, be adaptable, proactive, resilient, and able to multitask.

• Work on the conception and development of B2B software products aimed at the enterprise market. • Identify opportunities and translate needs into valuable products. • Conduct research with users and stakeholders. • Understand business processes and B2B market needs. • Design user flows, screens and product experiences. • Build prototypes and proofs of concept. • Use Artificial Intelligence to create agents, flows and automations. • Collaborate with technology, design and business teams. • Prioritize initiatives and support product evolution. • Contribute to the creation of innovative solutions that integrate Nasajon's product portfolio.

• Plan, specify, execute and monitor functional, regression, exploratory and, when applicable, non-functional tests; • Analyze requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios, with a focus on payroll-related functionality; • Support the definition of test strategies for new features, bug fixes and release deliveries; • Create, maintain and review test cases, evidence and QA documentation; • Work with automated tests, understanding their structure, coverage, execution and maintenance; • Support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; • Analyze failures in automated tests, support investigations and provide evidence to the responsible teams; • Prepare execution reports, coverage metrics, failure analysis, risk assessments and quality indicators; • Identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in testing processes; • Collaborate with development, product, support and other teams involved in the delivery cycle.

• Analyze and design functional and technical specifications based on business and technical requirements • Develop advanced functions and routines using the patterns and rules adopted by the team • Program in more than one programming language and across multiple development environments. Depending on the assigned project, programming languages and frameworks may vary (mobile, web, desktop, and AI).

• Serve as the technical point of contact for HubSpot within the company • Create, configure, and manage complex workflows and automations • Design and build customized reports and dashboards to support decision-making • Perform data cleansing, organization, and maintenance of the CRM database • Map and structure business processes related to marketing, sales, and Customer Success (CS) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational workflows and implement process improvements • Ensure the integrity and reliability of data used by leadership • Validate and oversee external consultants related to HubSpot
