Director, Business Transformation – Integrations
Technical Safety Services
• Partner with executive leaders across Operations, Finance, IT, HR, and Sales to drive strategic initiatives • Lead multiple enterprise projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment • Work at the intersection of business strategy, operational excellence, systems implementation, and acquisition integration • Manage and develop a team of project managers, business analysts, and data analysts • Travel occasionally to support acquisitions, integrations, and strategic business initiatives (approximately 10–25%) • Lead the company's business transformation roadmap, turning strategic priorities into actionable programs with measurable results • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience across the organization • Drive process improvement initiatives, enterprise system implementations, and technology modernization efforts • Develop and maintain the business architecture that aligns strategy, processes, data, and technology • Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure investments support long-term company objectives • Support acquisition due diligence activities, including operational assessments and systems evaluations • Lead post-acquisition integration efforts across people, processes, systems, and data • Build repeatable integration frameworks that accelerate value realization for future acquisitions • Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms that keep initiatives on track • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience leading business transformation, enterprise programs, systems implementations, management consulting engagements, or related initiatives
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
- Experience implementing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, or data management systems
- Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including integration planning and execution
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
- Experience leading analytics functions, automation initiatives, or AI-enabled business improvements is preferred
- Field service, healthcare services, laboratory services, or other service-based industry experience is preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require
