• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience that reflects a patient-first philosophy • Provide pre- and/or post-test education for patients interested in or undergoing Caris Detect MCED testing, including explanation of test purpose, capabilities, limitations, and result types • Communicate complex genomic and probabilistic information in a clear, patient-friendly manner • Address patient concerns, anxiety, and uncertainty with empathy and professionalism • Reinforce appropriate expectations regarding screening, follow-up, and ongoing care • Incorporate patient feedback to improve satisfaction, trust, and engagement • Interpret MCED test results within the context of patient history and risk factors • Provide evidence-based guidance on recommended next steps • Support patients and providers in understanding clinical implications, limitations of MCED testing, and appropriate diagnostic pathways and next steps • Partner with providers to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up care, including: Diagnostic imaging, specialist referrals, and primary care coordination • Help guide escalation pathways and follow up care for complex or high-acuity cases • Support continuity of care across healthcare settings • Collaborate with Medical affairs (clinical accuracy and education), Product teams (patient and provider experience design), and Commercial teams (consistent messaging) • Provide insights to improve test reporting, patient communication strategies, and clinical workflow design • Ensure all patient interactions comply with HIPAA and privacy regulations, clinical and laboratory guidelines, and internal SOPs • Document patient interactions accurately and consistently • Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide coverage in short-term, surge, and on-demand situations resulting from the Military needs. • Offers counseling services to military service members and their families. • Provides non-medical counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, and consultation with parents and personnel at schools. • May be assigned to DoDEA schools, community schools, youth programs, summer camps, and on-demand assignments. • Enters counselor activity data daily through smartphone or web application. • Builds rapport with service personnel clients and families. • Develops excellent working relationships with community resources and provides appropriate linkages.

• Develop and further evolve modern IT architectures and target architectures • Analyze existing IT landscapes and derive sustainable transformation strategies • Advise IT projects in the areas of infrastructure, applications and interfaces • Conduct architecture reviews and evaluate technical solution approaches • Support decision-making and steering committees on strategic IT topics • Integrate security and data protection requirements into modern IT solutions

• Initiate proactive contact with delinquent borrowers to reestablish consistent payment patterns and reduce default progression. • Negotiate and restructure repayment arrangements to help borrowers cure delinquencies and avoid foreclosure, ensuring solutions align with investor and regulatory requirements. • Review, negotiate, approve, calculate, set up, and monitor short term repayment plans. • Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, investor, and insurer requirements governing collections, borrower communication, and collection processes. • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including investor representatives, to maximize collection efforts and support resolution strategies. • Work directly with investor contacts to complete required tasks, provide updates, and ensure alignment with portfolio expectations. • Participate in investor conference calls and portfolio performance reviews. • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of loss mitigation programs, understanding how retention and liquidation options integrate with early stage and late-stage default operations. • Assist borrowers in completing financial packages, ensuring complete and accurate documentation is submitted within the required timelines. • Educate borrowers on the consequences of delinquency, including potential impacts related to foreclosure, credit reporting, and bankruptcy. • Maintain accurate and compliant servicing system records, including notes, codes, default holds, and status updates in the system of record. • Authorize and establish one time and recurring payment drafts, ensuring proper setup. • Review, instruct, and validate payment posting or reversal requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. • Monitor and process suspense account queues, ensuring timely and accurate application of funds. • Manage individual and shared departmental email inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries. • Conduct outbound calls using both manual dialing and automated dialer systems, handle inbound borrower calls with professionalism, and adherence to compliance requirements. • Secure and follow up on borrower promises to pay, documenting commitments and ensuring timely follow through. • Perform skip tracing activities to obtain updated borrower contact information and improve outreach success. • Generate, review, and act upon quality control reports and task lists from applicable systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Provide backup support to team members during high volume periods or staffing shortages to ensure service level expectations are met.
