• Consistently meet or exceed outreach and meeting-setting metrics • Generate a steady pipeline of qualified discovery meetings • Advance prospective institutions through the early stages of the client development pyramid • Accurately represent enrollmentFUEL’s mission, services, and value proposition • Maintain clean, reliable CRM data and activity tracking • Support annual client development goals established by leadership • Execute outbound outreach to prospective client-partners via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels • Meet weekly and monthly activity metrics, including messages sent, calls made, and meetings scheduled • Research prospective institutions to personalize outreach and align messaging with institutional priorities • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales leaders • Maintain accurate and timely notes, activity tracking, and task completion within the enrollmentFUEL CRM • Collaborate with Marketing to align outreach campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation strategies • Monitor response rates and engagement trends and suggest refinements to outreach approaches • Represent enrollmentFUEL professionally in all communications and interactions • Participate in weekly Sales meetings prepared to review activity, outcomes, and pipeline contribution • Assist with research related to conferences, directories, RFP sources, and targeted prospect lists • Support Client Development leadership with special projects aimed at increasing pipeline and visibility • Represent enrollmentFUEL in all work-related activities • Accurately reflect and portray the mission and core values of enrollmentFUEL
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach-focused roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with proactive, metrics-driven outreach
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems and sales productivity tools
- Curiosity and coachability, with interest in higher education enrollment strategy
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
