• Use client-provided brand guidelines, photo libraries, logos, and fonts to create custom print and digital designs (e.g., postcards, emails, digital ads, etc.) for prospective college and/or graduate students • Communicate regularly with the enrollmentFUEL team • Make necessary edits in a timely manner • Research current design trends and communicate those with the team • Collaborate with all involved parties via email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and/or Basecamp • Attend video meetings, as needed • Represent enrollmentFUEL in a professional manner in all work-related activities • Accurately reflect and portray the mission and core values of enrollmentFUEL
• Collaborate with our internal team to create unique, impactful copy on behalf of our higher education client-partners • Use client-provided brand guidelines and institution research to create engaging copy • Ensure that all copy is clear, concise, and free of errors • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that copy is integrated seamlessly into all marketing materials • Communicate regularly with the enrollmentFUEL team • Make necessary edits in a timely manner • Research current trends and communicate those with the team • Attend video meetings, as needed • Represent enrollmentFUEL in a professional manner in all work-related activities • Accurately reflect and portray the mission and core values of enrollmentFUEL
• Manage qualified sales opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close • Build relationships with institutional leaders including Vice Presidents for Enrollment, Admissions leaders, and Financial Aid administrators • Conduct consultative discovery to understand institutional enrollment challenges and strategic priorities • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to design solutions aligned with client goals • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective client partners • Partner with BDRs and marketing to develop and advance a healthy pipeline of opportunities • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within the company CRM • Represent enrollmentFUEL at industry conferences, events, and professional gatherings • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to client delivery after contract execution • Accurately reflect and portray the mission and core values of enrollmentFUEL
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to client institutions on financial aid policy, strategy, and optimization • Lead Financial Aid Optimization engagements and ensure strong outcomes for client partners • Analyze historical financial aid, enrollment, and yield data to develop strategies that optimize net tuition revenue and enrollment outcomes • Build trusted relationships with senior institutional leaders including Vice Presidents for Enrollment and Financial Aid Directors • Support retention and growth within client partnerships by identifying opportunities to expand financial aid and related enrollment services • Serve as enrollmentFUEL’s internal subject matter expert on financial aid optimization and data-informed strategy • Contribute to the continued development of enrollmentFUEL’s Financial Aid Optimization methodologies, tools, and solutions • Partner with the Client Development team to support discovery conversations, solution design, and proposals where financial aid expertise is required • Represent enrollmentFUEL through conference presentations, professional engagement, and thought leadership within the financial aid community • Accurately reflect and portray the mission and core values of enrollmentFUEL • Other duties as assigned

• Oversee assigned projects to generate effective student recruitment campaigns and strategies; ensure campaign promises are being met while delighting the client-partner • Work directly with the client-partner and Sales to determine needs within parameters outlined in the campaign contract • Develop campaign precepts, define deliverables, and set and oversee benchmarks and schedule for campaign development; ensure campaign elements and reports are launched on schedule • Coordinate campaign development and execution through the Basecamp system (to include message board, to-dos, and calendar) • Gather assets needed from the client-partner for campaign development and make them available to the project execution team in an organized fashion • Conduct high-level creative review and provide strategic direction for campaign elements • Monitor reports and keep the client-partner engaged with regular communication and interpretation to maximize campaign success and further the relationship • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of enrollmentFUEL's products and articulate how they address client-partner needs and pain points at a strategic level
