• Achieve or exceed established sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives. • Identify, prospect, and onboard new account opportunities. • Maintain and manage opportunities, quotes, customer activity, and pipeline visibility within Salesforce (SFDC). • Build long-term customer and partner relationships through proactive communication and account management. • Work with various teams to support customer needs and business objectives. • Schedule and conduct meetings with buyers and decision-makers. • Travel to support account development and drive sales growth. • Responsible for pricing proposals, bids, and sales presentations. • Track sales activity and report on engagement within the sector. • Resolve customer and account-related issues while ensuring high service levels. • Collaborate internally to improve efficiency and customer experience. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within oil and gas markets. • Develop and implement business development plans. • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline. • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. • Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company objectives.
• Responsible for selling complex technological products or services to businesses. • The Sales Engineer will serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment and service.
• Provides Technical Support and support warranty coverage to external (and internal) customers via various communications; process warranty claims and provide telephone and email coverage. • Maintains a data base warranty program to track, update, and gather detailed information regarding accuracy for our product performance. • Prepares reports to track product performance. • Builds customer relations and ongoing service to customers. Ensure customers, customer service, marketing, and field sales are trained on latest product offerings. • Travels and investigates claims as needed to diagnose and resolve field service problems by providing product support via appropriate cross-functional departments to incorporate corrections into production. • Identifies and maintains a training program and procures mockups needed to support products and warranty training. • Identifies and assists with review of technical support literature, service bulletins and parts list to support the product line. • Coordinates communications among various departments such as Engineering, Production and Sales. • Assists and supports the product development process. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Conducts sales calls on end-user customers to determine their compressed air needs and provide the appropriate FS Curtis solution. • Engages in prospecting activity to identify, qualify, and create relationships with end-user stakeholders. • Funnels equipment and aftermarket business through a local authorized FS Curtis distributor. • Evaluates potential distribution partners to determine suitability for inclusion into the FS Curtis Distribution network. • Acts as the compressed air subject matter expert for the region. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
