Senior Technical Program Manager – AI Delivery, Operations

• Lead delivery planning and execution across multiple concurrent software and AI-enabled product initiatives, including management of timelines, dependencies, risks, and operational readiness activities. • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, Data, Security, Legal, Support, and business stakeholders to support successful delivery outcomes. • Establish and maintain delivery governance practices, operational cadences, reporting standards, and program communication processes across assigned initiatives. • Monitor program health indicators, delivery progress, operational risks, and release readiness activities; escalate issues and recommend mitigation strategies as appropriate. • Support implementation and continuous improvement of agile and product delivery practices appropriate to team maturity, operational complexity, and organizational objectives. • Partner with technical teams to translate architecture discussions, system dependencies, and implementation considerations into executable delivery plans and operational milestones. • Coordinate release readiness activities for AI-enabled products and capabilities, including deployment planning, operational support preparation, documentation alignment, and stakeholder communication. • Support operational adoption of AI-enabled development practices, tooling, and workflow improvements intended to improve delivery effectiveness and engineering efficiency. • Contribute to the refinement and execution of operational processes supporting AI lifecycle management, governance checkpoints, and production readiness activities. • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to support operational visibility into AI-related delivery metrics, technical dependencies, usage trends, and implementation risks. • Identify process inefficiencies, workflow gaps, and cross-functional coordination challenges; recommend and implement operational improvements to enhance delivery effectiveness. • Provide technical leadership, delivery guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across teams and stakeholders within assigned areas of responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent additional years of relevant professional experience
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, software delivery management, agile delivery leadership, or related operational leadership roles
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional software delivery initiatives across distributed or global teams
  • Experience working with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile delivery practices, and product development operations
  • Experience supporting delivery of AI-enabled products, machine learning initiatives, data-intensive platforms, or workflow automation capabilities (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Graph concepts, ontology frameworks, and LLM-enabled product capabilities (preferred)
  • Experience working alongside engineering, data engineering, machine learning engineering, or data science teams in a delivery coordination capacity (preferred)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based development environments, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems concepts (preferred)
  • Experience supporting operational governance, delivery reporting, or process improvement initiatives within product development organizations (preferred)
