Technical Program Manager – FinTech, LegalTech

• Own end-to-end delivery of ERP or SaaS business systems supporting financial, legal, billing, or compliance workflows • Lead cross-system, enterprise-grade transformations involving multiple integrated platforms • Manage project planning, execution, dependencies, and risk for business-critical initiatives • Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, compliance, and operations stakeholders • Drive requirements definition, system integration planning, and implementation oversight • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements • Identify and mitigate risks in high-impact, high-complexity transactional systems

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager
  • Strong hands-on ownership of ERP or SaaS business systems
  • Direct experience with payments, billing, finance, legal operations, or compliance systems
  • Proven track record delivering cross-system, regulated, business-critical transformations
  • Experience managing integrated, transactional platforms in complex environments
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in high-risk, compliance-driven environments
