The OpportunityAs an Alliances Partner Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for strategic partnerships, blending solution engineering, technical evangelism, and hands-on development to accelerate partner success and drive platform adoption. This role goes beyond enablement — senior partner engineers shape the technical vision with partners, influence solution design at scale, and act as trusted advisors on how to maximize joint value creation. They lead technical scoping, deliver high-impact demos and proof-of-concepts, and collaborate closely with alliances, product, and engineering to ensure our platform is represented with both depth and clarity. In this role, you will: - Own the technical relationship with top-tier partners, from initial scoping to solution validation. - Lead technical workshops, executive-level presentations, and solution design sessions. - Build and guide the creation of proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demos to accelerate partner adoption of the platform. - Act as a thought leader and evangelist for the platform in partner-facing settings. - Develop best practices for technical engagements. - Translate partner feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering. The Senior Rhapsody Interface Engineer / Server Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining, evolving, and scaling Optum's healthcare integration platform. This position combines hands-on Rhapsody platform administration with advanced interface engineering and technical leadership responsibilities.
