Role Description The Development Accounting Manager will be responsible for supporting the PeakMade Construction & Development team and Accounts Payable team. This role will be full-time. - Account for multiple construction projects. - Responsibilities include: - Tracking all project costs. - Communicating with the development and operations team regarding budgeted or upcoming costs. - Submitting draw requests. - Managing cash. - Reviewing contracts/legal documents. - Preparing projects financial statements. - Track pursuit costs on the corporate side as well as assist with preparing corporate's consolidated financial statements. - Review and assist property development accounting associate with construction projects. - Implement and document new processes as it relates to the accounting department. - Communicate with vendors, project managers, ownership, lenders, and team members. - Ensure all payments made are following Certificate of Insurance requirements. - Research and respond to inquiries regarding invoices and payments. Qualifications - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook. - Experience working in Sage, CMIC, and Netsuite is a plus. - Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must. - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. - Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.

Brokerage Accounting Specialist

• Own brokerage accounting operations for assigned markets. • Audit brokerage deals and commission calculations for accuracy. • Review referrals, co-brokes, silent overrides, and special commission arrangements. • Manage post-close adjustments, clawbacks, commission corrections, and payment exceptions. • Monitor automated Total Brokerage to Ramp payment workflows and investigate discrepancies. • Partner with Operations and market leadership to resolve transaction issues. • Support month-end close and audit readiness. • Document recurring exceptions and identify automation opportunities.
