Job Description

Brokerage Accounting Specialist

SERHANT.

• Own brokerage accounting operations for assigned markets. • Audit brokerage deals and commission calculations for accuracy. • Review referrals, co-brokes, silent overrides, and special commission arrangements. • Manage post-close adjustments, clawbacks, commission corrections, and payment exceptions. • Monitor automated Total Brokerage to Ramp payment workflows and investigate discrepancies. • Partner with Operations and market leadership to resolve transaction issues. • Support month-end close and audit readiness. • Document recurring exceptions and identify automation opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience.
  • Real estate brokerage accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience resolving accounting exceptions.
  • Experience with Total Brokerage, Ramp, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365
