• Complete internal audits to ensure qualitative file handling consistent with firm protocols and client expectations • Prepare reports of audit findings • Identify opportunities for education and improvements • Participate in the implementation of process improvements and presentation of training programs related to the firm’s quality control program • Contribute to the evolving development of the firm’s quality control program • Evaluate, interpret and understand client guideline requirements • Provide assistance in the coordination and organization of audits conducted by firm clients • Understand and utilize firm systems including, but not limited to, Aderant, ProLaw, BillBlast, etc. • Understand and utilize client e-billing systems as needed

Role Description We are not looking for another ordinary bug finder, we are looking for a new valuable member of our team who is way more than just a tester. At this point, you don’t have to be the absolute best, but gathering knowledge should be your day-to-day focus. Your future tasks and duties: - Participating in the design and implementation of modern business applications for external clients - Manual testing, building test scenarios, test cases, user scenarios, and bug reporting - Working closely with Developers, Scrum Master, Proxy Product Owner, and Product Designers to assure high quality - Focusing on quality-oriented rather than defect-oriented testing - Executing test cases with high precision and detail, diligently checking each step and documenting differences Qualifications - 6-12 months of experience as QA working with teams that develop software in an agile environment - Experience in exploratory tests - SQL basics, familiarity with relational databases - Know the basics of Jira or other agile project management tools - Basic knowledge about API - Basic knowledge about dev-tools in browsers - Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions that enhance work efficiency - Practical knowledge of using AI in projects Requirements - Good command of English (min.
