• Work on Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects and provide operational support • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Dynamics environment • Develop functional specifications, technical documentation, solution validations and acceptance tests • Monitor incidents, service requests and project-related demands for the system • Guide key users and internal teams on functionality and process changes • Troubleshoot system-related issues and incidents • Assist business areas in defining requirements and mapping processes • Support integrations with other systems and help manage deployments
Job Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (functional configuration, parameterization and ongoing support)
- Incident analysis and resolution (triage, reproducing scenarios, log analysis and root cause analysis)
- Knowledge of Brazil localization for D365 (e.g., NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, SPED, taxes, CFOP, ICMS/IPI/ISS)
- Basic knowledge of X++ and extensions
- Soft skills: analytical thinking and end-to-end process perspective; organization and prioritization; proactivity; collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with integrations using Microsoft ecosystem APIs (plus)
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI (plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) (plus)
