• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Clinical teams to execute and continuously improve Pharmacy Care and Weight Health solution initiatives • Identify and champion operational issues across both solution lines, driving root cause analysis, and implementation of scalable process improvements • Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve the member experience • Actively communicate with solution sponsors, vendor partners and internal stakeholders to align priorities and ensure execution against key milestones • Develop presentations, reporting and materials that communicate solution performance, operational metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable operational frameworks, improve process efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workflows and processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher in healthcare, public health or business-related field preferred
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in pharmacy industry, or healthcare solution delivery
- PMP preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Able to motivate and empower teams
- Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with a willingness to be flexible and pivot when needed
- Excellent at prioritization, scoping, and documentation

Role Description We are looking for a Manager Region Health & Safety to join our Rexel team to support the Western US Territory (WA, OR, CA, ID, NV). This position is remote when not traveling, but travel will be at least 50% of the time and we need someone located/based within the Western territory! The Manager Region Health & Safety is responsible for leading, executing and ensuring that Health & Safety and compliance objectives are met for assigned Region(s) and/or Business Unit(s).
