Group Product Manager, Data & Analytics

1upHealth, Inc.

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for data, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the 1upHealth platform. • Translate company and customer priorities into actionable product requirements and delivery plans. • Manage the product lifecycle from planning and design through development, launch, and ongoing optimization. • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and impact, using results to inform ongoing prioritization and improvements. • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and value creation. • Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable and high-performing data pipelines, APIs, and analytics features. • Foster collaboration between platform and product teams to build platform components that will serve the product teams’ needs and allow for efficient and speedy development of new products. • Collaborate with design teams to ensure data visualization and reporting experiences are intuitive and impactful. • Work with commercial, customer success, and implementation teams to gather input, validate solutions, and support adoption. • Engage directly with customers to understand analytics needs, integration requirements, and data challenges. • Lead initiatives to transform raw healthcare data (FHIR, claims, clinical, etc.) into actionable insights. • Ensure all solutions meet the highest standards for compliance, security, and interoperability (FHIR, HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST). • Partner with internal stakeholders to embed analytics into both customer-facing products and internal performance tracking. • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and ML, for practical and impactful integration into analytics capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years focused on data, analytics, or BI platforms, ideally in healthcare technology.
  • Proven ability to deliver data and analytics products in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, claims, clinical) and interoperability frameworks.
  • Experience working with payers, providers, or healthcare technology vendors.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, backlog management, and leading cross-functional product execution.
  • Boston-based or able to work in Eastern Time Zone hours.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs to guide decision-making.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, as well as embedded analytics solutions.
  • Experience applying AI or ML to analytics or predictive modeling in healthcare
  • Background in both B2B SaaS platforms and healthcare interoperability solutions.
