Product Owner – RangeOS

• Define, maintain, and communicate the RangeOS product vision, roadmap, and release strategy. • Translate operational, customer, and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories. • Prioritize the product backlog to maximize mission impact, technical feasibility, and delivery velocity. • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment between requirements, design, and implementation. • Coordinate with cyber range operators, exercise planners, and multi‑vendor partners to validate capabilities and workflows. • Support deployment planning, release readiness, and integration across RCS, ECS, and cloud environments. • Develop and maintain product documentation, feature briefs, and customer‑facing materials. • Serve as the primary voice of the customer, ensuring RangeOS capabilities meet operational training objectives. • Collaborate with engineering to shape solution designs that meet functional and non‑functional requirements. • Validate completed features against requirements and mission needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8570 IAT Level II certification
  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or technical leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management practices.
  • Experience working with full‑stack development teams and modern software architectures.
  • Familiarity with cyber ranges, cyber training platforms, or simulation environments.
  • Understanding of orchestrated training events, exercise lifecycle, and multi‑vendor tool integration.
  • Ability to operate across complex environments involving RCS, ECS, cloud, and hybrid deployments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
