Director – DHS Mission Engagement
Reveal Technology
• Own and lead Reveal’s engagement strategy across DHS Components (CBP, ICE, TSA, USCG, FEMA, S&T, etc.) • Serve as a senior point of contact for DHS operational, technical, acquisition, and executive stakeholders • Position Reveal as a long-term mission partner capable of delivering operational outcomes at scale • Own DHS-aligned pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue execution • Partner with BD, capture, and leadership to shape opportunities from early engagement through the award • Influence win strategies, pricing posture, and solution alignment to close business • Drive conversion of pilots, demos, and prototypes into funded programs and contracts • Identify, prioritize, and shape DHS mission use cases aligned to Reveal capabilities • Guide CONOPS development, pilots, and operational demonstrations with defined success metrics • Ensure operator feedback directly informs product direction and roadmap prioritization • Align internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to DHS mission priorities • Establish engagement discipline, reporting, and accountability across DHS efforts • Mentor and lead supporting engagement, solutions, and BD personnel
Job Requirements
- 12+ years supporting DHS, DoD, IC, or Federal Public Safety customers
- Demonstrated success owning federal revenue or pipeline responsibility
- Proven ability to engage and influence GS-15 / SES-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of DHS operational environments and acquisition pathways
- Experience driving opportunities from concept through contract award
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
