Provide encouragement, insight, mentoring and challenge to team members under your supervision. • Utilizing advanced techniques, precepts and practices of the engineering field and related sciences and disciplines, independently carry out engineering assignments based on the International Electrical Codes (IEC) as well as American National Standards Institute (ANSI). • Coordinate QA/QC design reviews as well as final sign-off of documents issued for procurement and construction. • Perform detailed electrical design and system studies for medium to extra high voltage substation facilities and power systems including load flow studies; short circuit studies; protective relay coordination and protection studies and other specialized analysis associated with power system engineering, including but not limited to, AC/DC loading calculations and battery/charger sizing. • Develop the one-line diagrams, AC/DC control schematics, wiring drawings, and cable schedules. • Develop control building along with relaying and metering specifications. • Travel to job site required.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Network Architect II role will be responsible for providing strong technical leadership in the planning, design and implementation of network infrastructure and services nationally across Hut 8. ABOUT THE ROLE The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing a fully integrated supply chain that supports the rapid delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure. This leader will oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical and electrical equipment - from defining specifications and evaluating build—buy-partner options to sourcing, contracting, and ensuring on-time delivery of long-lead, power-intensive components. They will shape early engineering and design decisions, build strategic supplier and manufacturer partnerships, and develop standards that improve constructability, cost, and schedule performance across projects. This means shaping upstream design decisions, evaluating build-vs-buy strategies, and driving vertical integration opportunities across our full range of mechanical and electrical systems. This role serves as the bridge between engineering, design, and construction, ensuring every project is commercially sound, technically feasible, and ready for execution. Responsibilities include developing vendor partnership strategies, managing budgets, forecasting supply chain risks, driving vertical integration opportunities, coordinating contractor and vendor engagement, and translating project requirements into clear scopes, schedules, and logistical plans. About The Role: The Senior DataOps Engineer I will be responsible for managing the full data lifecycle including designing and implementing data pipelines, the associated infrastructure, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure data requirements are met. • Manage data center development opportunities across the United States • Conduct project due diligence, secure site control, and navigate the load interconnection queue for data center development projects in PJM, MISO, ERCOT, SPP, WECC, and the Southeast • Oversee the entire development lifecycle for data center loads, including site selection, permitting, grid interconnection, and commercial offtake negotiations • Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms with counterparties to maximize value for the company • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses while evaluating relevant laws and regulations • Develop and implement growth strategies while fostering collaboration across functional areas • Provide direction to internal teams, including engineering, legal, and finance • Prepare and present transaction approval documentation for senior management and participate in strategy development • Represent the company at public hearings, industry forums, and stakeholder meetings
