Director of Servicing – Strategy & Analytics
GoodLeap
• Own servicing and collections analytics across all investor portfolios, including delinquency, roll rates, cure behavior, loss mitigation performance, recoveries, and long-term credit outcomes. • Confidently engage directly with investors to discuss performance of purchased portfolios, answer questions, and provide clear, data-backed explanations. • Translate complex analytical findings into concise, compelling narratives tailored to executives, investors, and operational leaders. • Provide senior leadership and direction over existing servicing and collections analytics functions, including KPIs, scorecards, dialer performance, agent productivity, and operational effectiveness. • Partner closely with Capital Markets, Treasury, Risk, Product, Business Intelligence, and Operations to align data definitions & assumptions. • Provides leadership and strategic oversight to servicing and collections analytics teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or finance within consumer lending, servicing, collections, or capital markets.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, modeling, automation) and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud or distributed environments (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
- Deep understanding of servicing and collections performance metrics, delinquency behavior, and loan lifecycle analytics.
- Strong familiarity with investor reporting, structured finance concepts, and portfolio-level performance analysis.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and confidently to executives and investors.
- Proven ability to work across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
- High intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, strategic mindset.
