Senior Revenue Accountant

Momentive

Role Description - Lead revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including contract review, performance obligation identification, and transaction price allocation. - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities related to revenue, deferred revenue, and unbilled revenue. - Prepare and review revenue-related journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analyses with supporting documentation. - Support external audits by preparing audit schedules and responding to revenue-related inquiries. - Maintain and improve revenue policies, procedures, and internal controls. - Drive process automation and scalability initiatives. - Assist in NetSuite implementation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. - 4+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or SaaS experience preferred). - Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles. - Experience with NetSuite and/or Sage Intacct. - NetSuite implementation experience is a plus. - Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups) and experience supporting process improvements. - Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. - Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
