• Process and record daily bank transactions, ensuring accurate and timely bank accounting for Lithuanian and foreign entities. • Perform regular bank reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records. • Manage accounts payable: receive, verify, and process supplier invoices, ensure proper approvals, and execute timely payments. • Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices to customers, monitor incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding balances. • Maintain accurate and organized records of all invoices, payment documents, and supporting documentation. • Assist with preparation and submission of i.SAF reports and other tax-related documentation as needed. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to bank accounts, payables, and receivables. • Cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth invoice workflows and resolve payment-related queries. • Assist senior team members with ad hoc accounting tasks, reporting, and audit preparation. • Contribute to the improvement of internal accounting processes, including digitization and automation of invoice and payment workflows.

Role Description Buscamos incorporar un/a Contador/a General, que pueda asumir la gestión contable de la nueva estructura en Paraguay, acompañando el desarrollo, control y organización financiera de la empresa desde una etapa clave de crecimiento. - Llevar la contabilidad general de la empresa en Paraguay. - Gestionar registros contables, balances, cierres y estados financieros. - Preparar y supervisar obligaciones fiscales, tributarias y contables. - Coordinar y controlar facturación, pagos, cobros y conciliaciones bancarias. - Dar soporte en la estructuración financiera y contable de la empresa en su etapa inicial. - Trabajar de forma coordinada con gerencia, dirección y asesores externos. - Elaborar reportes financieros y contables para la toma de decisiones. - Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y la correcta organización documental de la empresa. Qualifications - Formación en Contabilidad. - Experiencia comprobable en contabilidad general y fiscalidad. - Experiencia llevando la contabilidad de empresas o estructuras societarias. - Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y resolutiva. - Buen manejo de herramientas contables, financieras y de control. - Residencia en Paraguay. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad 100% remota. - Perfil profesional, responsable y orientado a resultados.
