• Own end-to-end administration of leave of absence programs globally • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers navigating leaves • Manage the workplace accommodations process, partnering with HR Business Partners and Legal • Monitor regulatory changes affecting leave entitlements globally • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Ops to ensure leave pay calculations, benefit continuations, and system updates are handled accurately • Identify gaps in existing leave and accommodations infrastructure
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Leave of Absence administration, workplace accommodations, and global wellness programs
- Experience navigating US and Canada leave regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience administering workplace accommodations under Canadian and US frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee situations with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where processes are still maturing
- Clear and compassionate communicator, able to translate complex policy and compliance requirements into plain language for employees and managers
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure seamless employee experiences
- Experience designing and administering global wellness programs
