• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with the FAR, DFARS • Provide pre-solicitation advice and document support • Assist in preparing pre-award PWS, Statements of Work (SOW), and other requirements documents • Provide advice and recommendations for acquisition plans • Assist in evaluation process and assure written documentation • Prepare Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance • Prepare appropriate documentation for closing out contract actions

Provide technical and administrative support for real estate acquisitions, develop negotiation strategies, conduct market surveys, and analyze trends to ensure successful transactions and customer satisfaction in complex real estate dealings.
