Qualifications - 5 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex software systems. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar languages. - Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. - Experience with modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. - Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments. - Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior engineers. - A passion for staying updated with emerging technologies and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
