Role Description You are the right fit for this role if you can independently manage operational tasks, coordinate projects, and keep workflows running smoothly. This is a 100% remote, full-time position ideal for someone comfortable handling moderately complex processes, making light decisions on the go, and adapting when not everything is fully documented. Key Responsibilities - Document and improve existing processes, identifying gaps and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records. - Manage and structure file organization in Google Drive, including building and maintaining folder systems. - Perform data entry and generate internal reports, flagging inconsistencies and suggesting corrections as needed. - Manage email communication with clients and vendors, drafting responses and following up independently. - Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear, actionable documents or summaries. - Coordinate and track project tasks across teams, helping to prioritize deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned. - Other similar or related tasks. Qualifications - Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish. - 3 – 4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role. - Comfortable working with minimal supervision and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - Ability to make light decisions and adapt to partially documented or evolving workflows. - Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus. - Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection. - Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred. Role Description As a key member of the national development team, you will support the Senior Manager, Development Operations, in ensuring that the entire Development team operates at the highest level of effectiveness.
