Job Description

Senior Digital Operations & Analytics Manager

Culligan UK limited

Role Description We’re at a pivotal moment in our digital transformation, scaling how we use data, technology and customer insight to power recurring revenue across the estate. Culligan has built a strong digital analytics foundation across paid media, web, CRM and conversion through PowerBI and the broader data estate. This role evolves that foundation into the operational backbone of how digital performance scales globally. Operating as part of a Digital Centre of Excellence, you’ll work hand-in-hand with local digital leads and BU teams to influence and lift performance, and shift our digital function from descriptive reporting to prescriptive action, owning what we do next, not just what happened. Sitting at the intersection of analytics, operations, and the marketing technology stack, you will ensure data doesn’t just inform decisions but directly powers how we run digital campaigns, manage leads, and grow recurring revenue across the estate. This is a specialist digital operations and performance analytics role. Your remit is focused on digital KPIs, paid media, web, CRM, and conversion performance. You will be the go-to expert for digital performance data, surfacing actionable insights and feeding high-quality data points that inform the broader marketing KPI picture. Qualifications - 7+ years across digital analytics, digital operations, or performance marketing roles - Commercial mindset - connects digital activity to pipeline, revenue, and retention - Hands-on with PowerBI (mandatory), GA4, paid media platforms, and web analytics - Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or equivalents) - Proven track record running digital operations or performance analytics infrastructure at scale - Experience operating across multiple countries and business units (multi-country experience strongly preferred) - Credibility at senior stakeholder level: BU leads, GMs, execs - Hybrid analytical and operational skill set - the rigour to build process and the curiosity to find insight - Collaborative by nature - comfortable sharing data and operating within a broader marketing structure rather than owning it independently Benefits - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - Holiday purchase scheme available - Pension – Salary exchange Scheme - Life Assurance - My Culligan benefits - Discount platform - Culligan Product discounts - Employee Assistance programme - Ongoing Training and Development - Enhanced maternity, paternity, and grandparent leave
