Role Description As a key member of the national development team, you will support the Senior Manager, Development Operations, in ensuring that the entire Development team operates at the highest level of effectiveness. You will help coordinate department functions, including: - Gift and list management - Prospect moves data management - Reporting In partnership with the Senior Manager, Development Operations, you will work closely with the Information Technology department to ensure all systems function optimally and liaise with the Finance department to ensure all income is being recorded and reconciled across our systems. The Associate, Development Operations will report to the Senior Manager, Development Operations, and learn from an experienced and talented team of Development professionals. Role Description The Claims Operation Specialist plays a critical role in managing our claims reporting operations.
