• Motivar a los prospectos a trabajar contigo y, gracias a tu habilidad en ventas, convertir su interés en resultados reales. • Te comunicarás en Alemán y español con personas que ya dejaron sus datos en nuestra web. • Recopilar la información necesaria de cada cliente e ingresarla correctamente en nuestra base de datos electrónica (CRM). • Generar confianza y credibilidad durante el primer contacto para convertir prospectos en clientes duraderos. • Completar la documentación requerida para cada cliente y enviarla a nuestros socios financieros y aseguradoras. • Hacer seguimiento y mantener una relación activa con los clientes existentes (servicio postventa y atención al cliente).

Job Requirements

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia comprobable en ventas, idealmente en banca, seguros o servicios financieros.
  • Dominio del alemán oral y escrito (nivel B2 o superior – excluyente).
  • Español nativo (excluyente).
  • Talento natural para conectar por teléfono: voz segura, clara y espontánea.
  • Habilidades destacadas de comunicación, persuasión y escucha activa.
  • Buen nivel de organización, responsabilidad y atención al detalle.
  • Manejo básico/intermedio de herramientas informáticas.
  • Residencia en Portugal.
