Director of Enrollment Delivery
Prudential
• Direct ownership and oversight of our licensed solutions partners • Leadership and escalation point of contact for licensed software partners. This includes supporting regular touchpoints, defining growth strategies and defining and prioritizing development and roadmap items. • Ownership of contracts with our partners and negotiating renewals, as appropriate • Ensuring the teams execute on Prudential-required Compliance and Auditing requirements for our licensed partner solutions • Defining a growth strategy to grow use of our licensed solutions where appropriate • Working with Prudential Distribution teams to communicate strategy, outcomes and growth plans to ensure our solutions are positioned appropriately in market • Support client meetings, including stewardship or finalists, as needed. • Lead the team in continuing to evaluate our solutions to ensure our licensed partners are the right solutions for Prudential Group Insurance as we grow and expand into new markets • Perform regular reviews of RFP/RFI responses with our Distribution teams to ensure accuracy and strategic positioning of our solutions • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in group insurance
- Experience working hands-on with HR/Benefits technology solutions, with a focus on technology, systems and data integration being a major differentiator
- Strong understanding of data exchange protocols, including API, SSO, EDI, and their application in insurance and benefits systems.
- Previous experience in managing people and teams
- An understanding of the Association/Affinity space along with the traditional Employer Group Insurance space would be preferred.
