• Ensure the maintenance, identify improvements, and execute activities related to OKRs, strategic projects, and the organization’s metrics rituals. • Collaborate with the Career & Performance team to ensure alignment of cycles with performance and the company’s strategic objectives. • Deliver training and engagement initiatives for leadership, and facilitate and organize OKR rituals. • Promote the ongoing maintenance and continuous development of the OKR champions program. • Perform data and metrics analysis, prepare reports and L&D/Performance mappings to identify needs and propose and implement development projects aligned with company strategy.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Learning & Development.
- Practical, hands-on experience with OKRs, including teaching, supporting their design, and implementing/structuring OKR rituals.
- Experience developing and/or facilitating performance and strategic deployment initiatives with an AI-first approach.
- Experience creating AI-driven workflows and automations and integrating tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini + Google Workspace + Slack + Confluence/LMS), ensuring adoption and quality.
- Ability to translate concepts into practical tools (templates, playbooks, guides, frameworks).
- Data-driven mindset and commitment to continuous improvement (defining metrics and monitoring progress).
- Experience in product/technology environments or organizations undergoing growth or transformation.

Primary Responsibilities: - Examine, assess, and document business operations and procedures to ensure data integrity, data security and process optimization. - Investigate, recover, and resolve all types of claims as well as recovery and resolution for health plans, commercial customers, and government entities. - Investigate and pursue recoveries and payables on medical claims. - Initiate phone calls to members, providers, and other insurance companies. - Process payment on claims. - Ensure adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies, and contract compliance. - Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.
