• Facilitates EPIC vision development, solution design, standards guidance, project scoping, IS strategy integration and implementation of efficient, high-quality technology and applications systems. • Evaluates technology, systems and application capabilities, analyzes workflow/data flow, and creates efficient and logical solutions. Plans, schedules, reviews, and performs analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of assigned technology and application systems. Participates in solution testing and documents clear and concise system descriptions that meet project requirements and departmental quality standards. • Collaborates with FMOLHS Information Services, leaders, team members and end users to develop efficient, cost-conscious technology and applications system specifications that maximize organizational performance.

• Optimize Companion pricing to maximize signups and promote favorable program economics. • Design models to forecast the impact of price changes, considering benchmarks such as subscriber LTV and price elasticity. • Develop operational & executive dashboards, reports, and tools to help monitor program growth and track results of recommendations. • Analyze fill patterns to identify key trends, drivers, and areas for pricing intervention. • Produce ad-hoc, weekly and monthly reporting on performance, insights, and trends.

Role Description The IT Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) works with members of MediQuant’s agile development team to find and fix defects in a collaborative and pragmatic way. The QA is a functional expert in our SaaS web applications and provides direct feedback to the team. They work closely with a Business Systems Analyst and Product Manager to understand how they will validate the quality of the team’s development and can clearly communicate how our products are designed to work. They embrace whole team ownership and can adapt to rapidly changing priorities while working as part of a high performing team which releases and performs regression tests monthly. QA partners with developers to provide daily feedback and tests in both a development and test environment. Qualifications - Associate’s Degree preferred; minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum 2 years of firsthand work experience with IT quality assurance and testing of highly configurable web applications with significant size, scope and complexity is required. - Familiar with agile development, quality assurance principles, inspection techniques and testing procedures, test result documentation. - Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. - Passion for automated testing techniques or a strong desire to learn them. - Must understand complete SDLC. - QA certification (e.g. CSTE Certified Software Test Engineer) is a plus. - Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus. - Programming knowledge with C# or a strong desire to learn would be a plus. Requirements - Teamwork and coordination: Works closely with the team’s Deployment Coordinator and IT team during our monthly release process to help determine the readiness of the release and communicate status of any defects identified pre-release. - Documentation and test data management: Responsible for Maintaining and Execution of Test Cases, development of Test documentation to include Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Reports and Testing Notes, produce and maintain test coverage reports for functional and automation coverage. - Conduct testing, including creating, maintaining, executing, and evaluating SQL code as part of data setup, Smoke Tests, Acceptance Test Cases, Regression Tests, and Release Test Cases Log and retest defects. - Verify test results in manual and automated testing. Work Environment - Employees may at times be required to travel to headquarters for meetings or company events. - This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. - Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
