• Optimize Companion pricing to maximize signups and promote favorable program economics. • Design models to forecast the impact of price changes, considering benchmarks such as subscriber LTV and price elasticity. • Develop operational & executive dashboards, reports, and tools to help monitor program growth and track results of recommendations. • Analyze fill patterns to identify key trends, drivers, and areas for pricing intervention. • Produce ad-hoc, weekly and monthly reporting on performance, insights, and trends.

Role Description The IT Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) works with members of MediQuant’s agile development team to find and fix defects in a collaborative and pragmatic way. The QA is a functional expert in our SaaS web applications and provides direct feedback to the team. They work closely with a Business Systems Analyst and Product Manager to understand how they will validate the quality of the team’s development and can clearly communicate how our products are designed to work. They embrace whole team ownership and can adapt to rapidly changing priorities while working as part of a high performing team which releases and performs regression tests monthly. QA partners with developers to provide daily feedback and tests in both a development and test environment. Qualifications - Associate’s Degree preferred; minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum 2 years of firsthand work experience with IT quality assurance and testing of highly configurable web applications with significant size, scope and complexity is required. - Familiar with agile development, quality assurance principles, inspection techniques and testing procedures, test result documentation. - Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. - Passion for automated testing techniques or a strong desire to learn them. - Must understand complete SDLC. - QA certification (e.g. CSTE Certified Software Test Engineer) is a plus. - Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus. - Programming knowledge with C# or a strong desire to learn would be a plus. Requirements - Teamwork and coordination: Works closely with the team’s Deployment Coordinator and IT team during our monthly release process to help determine the readiness of the release and communicate status of any defects identified pre-release. - Documentation and test data management: Responsible for Maintaining and Execution of Test Cases, development of Test documentation to include Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Reports and Testing Notes, produce and maintain test coverage reports for functional and automation coverage. - Conduct testing, including creating, maintaining, executing, and evaluating SQL code as part of data setup, Smoke Tests, Acceptance Test Cases, Regression Tests, and Release Test Cases Log and retest defects. - Verify test results in manual and automated testing. Role Description Realizar análises fundiárias e geoespaciais dos imóveis confrontantes à faixa de domínio ferroviária, promovendo a identificação, levantamento documental, georreferenciamento, vetorização e integração de informações territoriais, assegurando a conformidade técnica, jurídica e cartográfica dos dados utilizados nos projetos de regularização e gestão patrimonial da malha ferroviária. Principais Responsabilidades - Identificar e analisar os imóveis confrontantes à faixa de domínio ferroviária ao longo da malha sob responsabilidade do projeto. - Realizar pesquisas de matrículas imobiliárias junto aos cartórios de registro de imóveis competentes. - Consultar bases oficiais de informações fundiárias e cadastrais, incluindo: - SIGEF/INCRA; - CAR; - Bases cartográficas oficiais; - Registros públicos imobiliários. - Interpretar matrículas, memoriais descritivos, plantas e demais documentos dominiais. - Executar o georreferenciamento de imóveis com base em documentos oficiais e memoriais descritivos. - Vetorizar limites de propriedades e confrontações em ambiente GIS, utilizando software QGIS e demais ferramentas aplicáveis. - Realizar análises espaciais comparativas entre os limites das propriedades confrontantes e a faixa de domínio ferroviária. - Identificar sobreposições, lacunas, inconsistências cartográficas e conflitos dominiais. - Produzir bases georreferenciadas compatíveis com os padrões técnicos definidos pelo cliente e pelos órgãos reguladores. - Elaborar relatórios técnicos de análise dominial e de confrontação fundiária. - Emitir relatórios de inexistência de matrícula quando constatada a ausência de registro imobiliário. - Documentar metodologias, fontes consultadas e critérios técnicos adotados durante as análises. - Manter a rastreabilidade das informações utilizadas em todas as etapas do processo.
