• The E-commerce Category Specialist is responsible for driving the online performance and growth of assigned product categories. • This role involves optimizing the online customer experience, managing product presentation and information, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability within the e-commerce channel. • Partner with the manager to implement comprehensive e-commerce category strategies aligned with overall business objectives and online sales targets. • Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to influence product assortment and productivity. • Ensure merchandising is aligned with best practices and executed in a timely manner to ensure an intuitive and engaging shopping experience. • Maintain effective product categorization, filtering, and navigation to enhance user experience. • Track, analyze, and report on key category and brand performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, average order value, traffic, bounce rates). • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed. • Collaborate with the digital experience teams to implement website enhancements and resolve technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in category management, preferably within an ecommerce environment.
- Experience in retail buying, merchandising, or digital marketing can also be valuable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, functionalities, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Role Description The Underwriter 3 position is responsible for working with their Team Leader, other Underwriters, Data Consultants, Account Managers, Producers, and Clients in preparing requests for proposals, obtaining, and analyzing carrier quotes, inputting, and analyzing data from various automation systems, and maintaining a small book of business.
