Premium Finance Manager – MGA and Carrier Programs

• Developing and managing sales and relationship management for this channel • Managing existing relationships with the specific goal of solidifying and growing profitable relationships • Developing and executing the growth strategy of the business channel • Setting and managing strategies to optimize resources, enhance market presence, and drive high performance • Managing marketing strategy for the channel in concert with marketing and leadership team • Creating and developing programs for channel and ensuring its implementation • Developing metrics for third party, MGA and carrier programs, and ensuring the successful achievement sales goals • Maintaining sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives • Developing effective sales strategy and ensuring its timely implementation • Traveling throughout the country to assess performance, resolve problems, communicate directives, and drive engagement with business partners and sales employees • Formulating and implementing policies, sales management procedures and processes • Managing client relationships and working with sales reps and account executives • Keeping current with demand and supply of company’s services, changing trends and its competitors • Developing creative sales technique and tactics to meet business goals • Developing sales presentations and RFP’s for clients • Recruiting and training sales employees for effective delivery • Participating in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities • Working with Director of Operations and technology team to ensure infrastructure and procedures evolve to support channel growth, and provide solutions required by third party and program partners • Managing budgets, reviews and approving expenditures • Maintaining working knowledge of bank policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ defining strategy and executing on the management and growth of MGA and Carrier program business
- 5+ years of experience in sales management
- 5+ years of experience in premium finance
- 5+ years of experience in premium finance operations
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a similar field, or minimum of 15 years of direct experience in sales and marketing, including growth strategy required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Role Description Concrètement, à quoi va ressembler ton poste ? - Tu prends en charge la deuxième moitié du moteur de revenus — tout ce qui se passe après la signature d'un contrat et avant que l'argent atterrit dans le compte. - Chaque abonnement vendu, chaque renouvellement, chaque demande tombe dans les mains de ton équipe. - Ton mandat : faire en sorte que chaque transaction soit correctement tarifée, facturée, comptabilisée et encaissée — sans laisser traîner les exceptions. Responsabilités : - Garantir l'intégrité de chaque dollar de revenus d'abonnement en pilotant la clôture mensuelle — journaux de revenus, calendrier de revenus différés, réconciliations et analyse des écarts. - Faire fonctionner les systèmes derrière la facturation en agissant comme propriétaire fonctionnel de la couche revenus dans NetSuite (Advanced Revenue Management). - Réduire le DSO et les exceptions manuelles chaque trimestre en diagnostiquant et corrigeant les problèmes à la source. - Faire tourner le cycle order-to-invoice sur plusieurs entités de facturation avec précision, délais, et conformité en matière de taxes indirectes. - Déployer l'IA dans les workflows de l'équipe pour automatiser les tâches répétitives et détecter les anomalies plus vite. - Exécuter les projets structurants portés par la direction — migration des clients US vers l'entité américaine, revue de la stack technologique revenus. Qualifications - CPA, avec 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en finance dont au moins 3 dans un rôle de comptabilité des revenus. - Maîtrise solide des mécaniques d'abonnement — facturation récurrente, amendements, renouvellements. - Bonne connaissance des NCECF (section 3400) en contexte d'abonnements. - Expérience mains-dans-la-machine avec NetSuite ou un ERP équivalent. - Expérience en taxes indirectes/ventes en contexte SaaS. - Leadership direct : tu as géré une équipe, fixé les priorités et développé tes employés directs. - À l'aise avec les outils IA dans un contexte finance ou opérations.
