Role Description As the AVP, Director of Relationship Management, you will provide leadership, direction, and functional expertise to ensure RPS (Retirement Plan Services) departmental results for assigned area(s). You will strategically develop and direct, maintain, and execute complex and robust client relationship management programs/plans which ensure that the clients’ overall service needs are satisfied.
