Principal Delivery Manager, OneStream Partner Enablement

• Work with new Silver partners, and others upon request, to jointly deliver successful implementations of OneStream. • Engage with partner prior to project kick-off to agree upon roles and responsibilities. • Assist partner to prepare for design workshops after debriefing on documented requirements. • Co-lead customer design sessions with partner, and coach partner on preparation of design documentation. • Perform guidance to partner on design throughout build phase and help to establish roll-out plans. • Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance during critical project milestones. • Communicate personal and project status to OneStream, partner, and customer management. • Provide design document reviews with written recommendations, noting any design or performance concerns. • Provide app health checks to customers with written recommendations, noting any build or performance concerns. • Assist partners with ad hoc design/technical guidance or project scoping. • Perform support for small-sized projects to partners and customers. • Work with Product Development/Management testing of new functionality, upon request. • Participate and present in webinars and annual Splash and Wave conferences, upon request. • Provide global domain expertise to junior members within cross-department subject matter expert groups. • Mentor and develop staff through coaching, teamwork, self-directed learning, and mentoring. • Actively promote to peers about OneStream’s engagement methodology, core values, attitudes, business ethics, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS; or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of relevant CPM work experience, including 5+ of OneStream experience.
- Knowledge of financial accounting processes.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research).
- Excellent technology skills related to product implementation.
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Essbase, etc.).
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
