Role Description The Supervisor, Product Owner provides leadership and direction to a team of Product Owners and Analysts while also managing a key product area. This role ensures consistent product management practices, alignment between product strategy and business objectives, and effective execution of product initiatives. The position is responsible for maintaining high-quality product documentation, representing customer needs, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver valuable solutions. The Supervisor, Product Owner supports team members through coaching, performance management, and capability development to achieve department goals. - Leads and mentors a team of Product Owners and Analysts to ensure clarity of responsibilities, balanced workload distribution, and consistent delivery. - Supports the definition of product vision, goals, and roadmaps in partnership with product leadership. - Manages product backlogs by prioritizing features, enhancements, and defect resolution to meet business and customer needs. - Translates complex business needs into clear product requirements and user stories with defined acceptance criteria. - Collaborates with cross-functional partners to plan work, clarify requirements, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational strategy. - Communicates product progress, updates, and performance to stakeholders at all levels. - Incorporates customer insights, analytics, and market trends into product decisions to support continuous improvement. - Defines and monitors key performance indicators to assess product success and guide optimization efforts. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Qualifications - Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. - 3+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a related field. - Experience working in collaborative, iterative development environments. - 1+ years of leadership or mentoring experience preferred. - Any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background. • Develop and execute an advanced manufacturing strategy aligned with organizational goals and operational readiness. • Identify emerging technologies and capabilities that enhance manufacturing competitiveness and productivity. • Serve as a subject matter expert in key advanced manufacturing domains such as automation, robotics, additive manufacturing, or data driven production systems. • Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies across production sites. • Establish global manufacturing standards, best practices, and repeatable processes to support consistent execution. • Partner with engineering and operations teams to design and optimize scalable, high efficiency production systems. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, waste reduction, and product quality. • Conduct capability assessments and lead improvement roadmaps for global sites. • Guide manufacturing teams in the adoption of modern analytics, connected systems, and predictive tools that improve decision making. • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to support product launches and readiness planning. • Manage cross functional projects, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination. • Track and report on key performance indicators, project milestones, and return on investment.

• Coordinates, schedules, and manages the daily activities within the Product Development Electrical Design team responsible for developing and creating parametric models and assemblies using CAD for various types of HVAC equipment—including conceptual designs. • Supervises Electrical Designers with the help and collaboration of the Manager, Design and Design Engineers to ensure the timely completion of assigned projects. • Provides technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship for the Electrical Design Team, and acts as liaison between the team and the Manager, Design. • Reviews schematics for designs and makes design recommendations. • Collaborates with other designers and engineers to ensure that the electrical system designs integrate seamlessly with other systems. • Provides support to production team during prototypes and production launch to facilitate seamless releases and is trusted as a point person or go to for manufacturing issues. • Seeks ways to implement new ideas and technologies. • Keeps pace with the processing of orders in-house (SPAS).
