Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the marketing organization. This role will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives, optimizing processes, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring campaigns and initiatives are executed efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate combines project management expertise, operational rigor, and strong communication skills with a deep understanding of marketing workflows within a fast-paced SaaS or software environment. Responsibilities - Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives. - Build and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. - Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams. - Establish scalable processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the marketing organization. - Lead recurring team & planning meetings, campaign reviews, and status reporting. Campaign & Workflow Management - Coordinate campaign execution across digital, content, product marketing, demand generation, events, and partner marketing teams. - Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and resource allocation to ensure projects stay on track. - Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement process improvements or suggest net-new processes where ones don’t currently exist. - Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. Data, Reporting & Analytics - Track and report on campaign performance, project health, and operational KPIs. - Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into marketing activities and results. - Partner with RevOps and Sales Operations to ensure accurate lead management and reporting processes. - Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements based on data insights. Tools & Systems Management - Own and optimize marketing tools, workflows, and integrations including CRM and marketing automation platforms. - Support implementation and adoption of new technologies and operational best practices. - Maintain documentation for processes, templates, campaign workflows, and governance standards. Cross-Functional Leadership - Serve as the operational hub for the marketing organization. - Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external vendors or agencies. - Support executive-level reporting and strategic planning initiatives. - Drive accountability across teams and ensure priorities remain aligned with company objectives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree. - 5-8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related roles within a SaaS or software company. - Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and operational workflows. - Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms. - Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct authority. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environments. - PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications. - Familiarity with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and revenue operations. Pay range: $140,000 - $150,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
