• Daily monitoring of Nautilus’ solar power plant performance. • Manage and document plant alerts and cases for follow up. • Organize and process O&M expenses through Netsuite. • Schedule and manage deliverables of preventative maintenance inspections. • Work closely with Nautilus’ Portfolio Operations Managers and O&M partners to continuously improve plant performance. • Support completion of compliance reports for management and financing partners. • Assist in new plant onboarding including document management, data entry and validation. • Support Special projects as needed. • Support RFP processes and analysis for 3rd party Operations and Maintenance (O&M) partnerships. • Support the development of tools, procedures, and business relationships to help decrease Nautilus maintenance costs over time. • Support compliance with applicable warranties.

• Maintain project documentation, site plans, electrical collection cable layouts, access road drawings, and other engineering documentation. • Assist site leadership with pre-construction administrative activities and project setup requirements. • Ensure project records are organized and readily accessible. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with site leadership and project teams. • Participate in Plan of the Day (POD) and End of the Day (EOD) meetings as required. • Communicate project updates, workforce information, and administrative needs effectively. • Process weekly employee timecards accurately and submit them to Payroll within established deadlines. • Verify employee work hours, per diem eligibility, meal reimbursements, and task coding. • Prepare and distribute weekly manpower and labor hour reports. • Maintain accountability records for office equipment and site assets. • Upload and manage project documentation within Procore. • Update construction activity trackers daily. • Monitor and track employee training compliance through LMS and Power BI reporting. • Track Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) requirements when applicable to project scope. • Coordinate travel arrangements using approved company platforms. • Assist with scheduling employee training, certifications, and onboarding activities.

Role Description As an Operations Engineer, you will work at the intersection of platform operations, client and production support — ensuring the reliable day-to-day running of AiMi's AI-enabled financial market infrastructure. - Act as first-line (Level 1) support for platform and client production issues - Monitor platform health, investigate alerts, and respond to incidents - Triage and troubleshoot issues by analysing logs, metrics, and system behaviour - Handle client queries related to platform usage, availability, and incidents - Support production releases and post-release monitoring - Help build and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling - Document common issues, runbooks, and support processes Qualifications - Strong understanding of Amazon CloudWatch and other AWS tools - Solid exposure to AWS cloud platforms - Understanding of how to troubleshoot production systems using logs and monitoring - Experience in an operations or platform support related role - Interest in AI, automation, or agent-based tools - Basic scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash, or similar) - Familiarity with tools like Jira, GitHub, Slack, or similar - A methodical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail - Clear written communication skills for client and internal support Requirements - Git & GitHub basics — ability to read PRs, understand branch strategy, and follow a release workflow - GitHub Actions basics — able to read and understand CI/CD workflow YAML files, identify a failing step, and follow deployment logs. Not expected to write workflows from scratch - AWS CDK / CloudFormation awareness — understands that infrastructure is defined as code and deployments are stack-based.
