Role Description As an Operations Engineer, you will work at the intersection of platform operations, client and production support — ensuring the reliable day-to-day running of AiMi's AI-enabled financial market infrastructure. - Act as first-line (Level 1) support for platform and client production issues - Monitor platform health, investigate alerts, and respond to incidents - Triage and troubleshoot issues by analysing logs, metrics, and system behaviour - Handle client queries related to platform usage, availability, and incidents - Support production releases and post-release monitoring - Help build and improve monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling - Document common issues, runbooks, and support processes Qualifications - Strong understanding of Amazon CloudWatch and other AWS tools - Solid exposure to AWS cloud platforms - Understanding of how to troubleshoot production systems using logs and monitoring - Experience in an operations or platform support related role - Interest in AI, automation, or agent-based tools - Basic scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash, or similar) - Familiarity with tools like Jira, GitHub, Slack, or similar - A methodical, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail - Clear written communication skills for client and internal support Requirements - Git & GitHub basics — ability to read PRs, understand branch strategy, and follow a release workflow - GitHub Actions basics — able to read and understand CI/CD workflow YAML files, identify a failing step, and follow deployment logs. Not expected to write workflows from scratch - AWS CDK / CloudFormation awareness — understands that infrastructure is defined as code and deployments are stack-based. Role Description We are looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to support the end-to-end student payment lifecycle, including: - Payment processing - Loan operations - Documentation management - Refund handling - Cross-functional coordination Key responsibilities include: - Manage and process student payments, ensuring accuracy across payment schedules, billing records, and partner systems. - Support loan operations by reviewing eligibility requirements, coordinating documentation, and maintaining accurate records throughout the approval process. - Maintain and validate payment data, reconcile transactions, and monitor enrollments to ensure data integrity across systems. - Process and manage student documentation, including enrollment agreements, academic records, and other operational documents. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries, refunds, documentation requests, and operational issues. - Handle payment operations workflows, including payment plan adjustments, program transfers, payment link generation, and issue resolution. - Calculate, process, and communicate student refunds in a timely and accurate manner. - Monitor recurring payment plans, proactively identifying and addressing payment issues to support a positive student experience. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, documentation, and team workflows. • Serve as the designated Patient Service Center (PSC) Operations point of contact for assigned Field Reimbursement team members • Participate in regular business reviews, pipeline calls, and regional FRM/FRAD meetings to discuss access trends, payer changes, and field-identified barriers • Clearly communicate PSC services, workflows, SLAs, escalation paths, and documentation expectations with HCP offices and patients • Compile and share PSC performance data to support field strategies and account planning • Triage & coordinate resolution of complex access and reimbursement issues raised by the Field Reimbursement partners • Support implementation of new patient access programs, payer policy updates, and field reimbursement playbooks by ensuring team readiness • Ensure all communications and materials align with non-promotional requirements and compliance standards.
