• Project Managers play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions of value for our clients. • The Senior Project Manager provides structure, leadership, and operational excellence across complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives for enterprise-level clients. • You will lead integrated teams across Media, Data, Strategy, Technology, and Creative (Brand and UX/UI), serving as the primary delivery point of contact for large client engagements. • The Senior Project Manager ensures the overall health of assigned projects, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and client relationships —balancing big-picture strategy with meticulous attention to detail. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, paid search, programmatic media, and web. • Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities while maintaining momentum, quality, and stakeholder alignment. • Partner closely with multiple practice leads and teams to ensure integrated, performance-driven execution. • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients, managing expectations, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes. • Lead advanced project planning across scope, timelines, resourcing, and budgets. • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in project or delivery management within a marketing, media, or digital agency environment.
- Proven track record leading multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid social, search, programmatic, web, mobile, email) for enterprise-level clients.
- Advanced experience in project planning, scope management, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into executable, results-driven project plans.
- Expert knowledge of digital media campaigns, web development, and digital strategy projects.
- Expert understanding of project management methodology, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings.
- Experience contributing to or leading process improvements for project management teams.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
- Experience acting as the main client point of contact and confidently managing and setting expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to simultaneously focus on strategic vision, execution details, and performance outcomes.

Role Description Looking to do real estimating work for a fast-growing U.S. HVAC company — remotely, with a team that takes the work seriously? We are a leading residential HVAC services provider across the NYC tri-state area, driving the shift toward sustainable, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems — and we’re growing fast. We’re hiring a remote Estimator — from takeoff to proposal — working closely with our U.S.-based field and sales teams. This role is for someone who’s detail-oriented, technically grounded in HVAC. What You’ll Do - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from plans, drawings, and field measurements for residential HVAC and mechanical systems - Identify scope gaps, flag risks, and resolve ambiguities before proposals go out the door - Build accurate, competitive bid packages — materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs — and prepare change order estimates as scope evolves - Collaborate with field supervisors and sales reps to refine estimates and support proposal close - Maintain and update estimating templates, cost databases, and historical bid data - Log and track change orders accurately in ServiceTitan or equivalent project management tools - Track bid-to-win ratios and continuously improve estimating accuracy across brands - Communicate proactively with U.S.-based team members via Slack, video call, and email with availability during core Eastern Time hours (8am–4pm ET minimum) Qualifications - 2+ years of estimating experience in HVAC, mechanical, or related residential/light commercial construction - Experience with takeoff software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Elite Software, or similar — Excel-based workflows considered) - Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications - Strong English written and verbal communication skills — you’ll be working directly with a U.S. team - HVAC product knowledge (equipment, refrigerant types, duct systems, load calculations) strongly preferred; familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms is a plus - Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills; comfortable managing multiple bids simultaneously - Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. Eastern Time Benefits - Competitive Pay: $1,000–$2,000/mo USD based on experience
