US Key Account Manager

Role Description We are currently seeking a highly motivated US Key Account Manager for Toys & Games to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true! This home-based role requires a proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment and is comfortable traveling extensively across the US to meet clients, attend Toy Fairs, and support market expansion. - Develop and manage relationships with Rep Group, key retail and distribution accounts across the US - Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and account profitability within the Toys & Games category - Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence with existing and prospective partners - Lead account planning, forecasting, and sales strategy execution - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional plans with major accounts - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams - Represent the company at industry events, Toy Fairs, and trade exhibitions - Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and business reviews - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights within the Toys & Games industry - Ensure accurate reporting, CRM updates, and sales pipeline management Qualifications - 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development - Proven track record in the Toys & Games, Consumer Goods, or related retail industry - Experience managing large retail accounts (e.g., national chains, distributors, or specialty toy retailers) - Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently in a home-based environment - Willingness to travel up to 60% across the US, including trade shows and Toy Fairs - Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Requirements - Experience attending and exhibiting at major Toy Fairs or industry trade shows - Existing network within the US Toys & Games retail landscape - Experience working with international brands or distributors Benefits - Competitive salary and performance-based bonus - Flexible home-based working environment - Travel opportunities across the US and major industry events - Career growth within a dynamic Toys & Games business - Collaborative and innovative company culture
