You'll drive App Store Optimization initiatives that improve visibility, increase conversion rates, and support sustainable organic growth across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Working closely with Creative, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams, you'll turn insights into action, optimize customer acquisition experiences, and help ensure our app listings remain competitive in a fast-moving marketplace. Your work will directly influence how customers find, evaluate, and engage with our apps. What you'll do as an ASO Specialist - Execute App Store Optimization initiatives across app listings, including metadata updates, keyword optimization, and creative asset refreshes. - Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities to improve visibility and organic acquisition. - Support experimentation efforts by setting up, quality checking, monitoring, and analyzing A/B tests across app store listings. - Analyze performance metrics, including installs, conversion rates, keyword rankings, and organic growth trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Partner with Creative, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams to implement optimization strategies and support business priorities. - Maintain app store listings to align with seasonal campaigns, app releases, feature launches, promotions, and evolving customer needs. - Monitor app store algorithm changes, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and risks. - Track and report on key performance indicators, helping measure the impact of optimization initiatives and inform future strategy.
